Hardwork paid

Im actually too bored so im here to clear the dusty dust.

For sure, many of us have heard people saying the more hours you spend on your studies, the better your results are. They have the perception of the perfectly correlated between those two factors. Is it really so? There are always exceptions in almost everything.

Sometimes, we should get our mouth open to talk to make a cloud of good mates who can provide you additional questions which are passed down from seniors or whoever they are. If the resources you get from them are not available to everyone in the course, you have the advantage because there is a higher possibility the questions are from there. Believe it or not? Unless your lecturer uploaded infinity sets of questions and told you questions are the pool, then you dont be so clever lah!

Next, although brains are designed to look about the same (i guess, i never see though), do they really all have the same level of capacity? Of course no, if not, the world is too unfair with people who have very good outlook and brains. I mean, some people tend to memorize, some prefer to analyze and understand; some are number-inclined, some just cant recognize alphabets. So, DIFFERENT!

In the end, we still have to be hardworking to get our brains turning, one will still get very poor results if they dont use their rusty brain even they are clever.

Be hardworking, peeps! ;-)

F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

Talking about friendship, if you ask me how many friends do i have? I dont know how to answer you, of course i have many friends being in different levels. To be exact, i have only 2 to 3 which are really close. If i need someone 24/7 to talk to when i m down, probably none.

I have their own life, so do others. But i seriously hate it when they ignore my words although most are chatting in the chatroom. So i think, what's the point for me being there? Not my place.

Hence what's the point having friends who are not real friends?

English speaking

I skipped my lecture last week (I'm a bad girl);
I listened to ilecture for that particular lecture (I'm a good girl).

My two lectures on Mondays are supposed to be consecutively conducted. However, the first one ended quite early so i needed to wait for another half an hour for the next one. About 7p.m. when the hunger striked, to wait or not to wait - is a question. Apparently, i skipped the second one, so i listened to the ilecture, right?
P.S. I prefer ilectures than sitting in the lecture halls because there is a button called "fast forward".

Although listening ilecture is very hypnotizing, i find it interesting of the lecturer's accent. She is from China obviously because people from China or HongKong always have that special accent. Not only her very heavy accent, but also her english is . . . (speechless)From the ilecture itself, "if" becomes "f". Divide -> diwide. Decision -> deciren. Capacity -> compensity. Etc etc. Some words are completely different with her prononciation. I wonder what band she got for her IELTS speaking.

P.S. I dont mean to insult anyone's english or a nation's accent. No offense.

Random day

It's a random Thursday with a girl having problem on comcentrate in lectures. I mean, how can lectures turn out to be so boring? Maybe the unit itself is boring, if so, blame myself for the choice.

The lecturer actually just gets paid by reading out the slides prepared n years ago by ex ex ex ex ex lecturer, probably. Like ok, the lecture today is about business combination, paragraph xx states that ..., so the journal would be debit xxx account and credit xxx account. What's the point?

I do like all the important points printed in my lecture notes, but i just dont like it turns out to be so boring. One of my tutorials was really interesting and these two units are basically about the same things.

I was sitting for a finance unit's test worth 15makrs on the Monday which just passed. All things seem pretty easy, ah...no, it is easy! Unfortunately, i screwed everything up because all the answers have some kind of chain relatives. I think i will be totally a dead meat when the marks are distributed. I might be very upset once again although i had been so upset right after the test. (P.S. I dont like having any test in a lecture hall with individual small table that is folded and put beside the seat. It is too small cant even put a A4 size paper on it, so how am i supposed to put my ID card, pens, rulers and papers on it?)

Done with the random ranting.

20120714

Hello all ~
After all, i made up my mind to give up my games in Facebook eg.Cityville, Baking Life & ...... (because people hate it when they receive notifications) and put my effort into blogging. But no, im not stopping for you but i just want my time to be more fruitful. About that, i cant understand why people keep complaining about the notification stuff. Hey! You're the one who accepts the app for its notification, you yourself once played it too. And then after you stop, then you expect to stop too? Selfish, i would say. More to say, you should have learnt how to delete the app, so you wont continue receiving anything from the app. So why blame others sending you requests? BLAME YOURSELF! Im actually very pissed with these people!

Okay, calm now and move on to the other topic.
Talk about the #randomfact, im kinda confident i m very distinct with others.
#1: I eat spicy food, but i dont eat chilly or chilly sauces.
I started eating spicy food when i was in Form 1. I took a few sips of Mee Jawa soup from my friend and realized like *Waw, i could actually handle it!* For your information, there are never spicy food or even curry in the dish list at home as i have very young sisters who were not supposed to eat spicy food. Then i continue trying curry, laksa, spicy chicken mcdeluxe (this is heaven, but my tears will eventually drop too). I still dont dare to try chilli sauce and chilly and i got no idea why.

#2: I dont eat sauces most of the time.
The sauces above refer to tomato sauce, chilli sauce, mayo, thousand island, tartar sauce and others. I only eat tomato sauce if someone get it and put in front me, or else i wont get it by myself. I personally think sauces are very fattening and this is a true fact also. I can also accept a lil bit mayo and thousand island sauces readily served in the cooked food or salad. Otherwise, no no for me.

#3: I always start reading from the first chapter of the book.
Doesnt matter where i stop reading it, i would start from the first chapter (this only applies to important books like textbooks). So if i stop at chapter 3 and switch to the other subjects, i would need to start from the very beginning again even it is only a week far since my last read. I just have the thought: there is a risk i would forget some of the important points, and if i dont know the front part, how m i supposed to know the back part, lol.

#4: I put my pens all pointing to front.
I m afraid the ink leaks or whatever and spoils my pencil case which follows me since i was in primary school. I still love it, okay!

There are more to go, but my brain stops working at the moment due to hungriness!
Till then, i will continue again if i remember, hahah!

Happy Dragon Year

Hey there! How ya? Most of you must be either sick or gaining fats.
Havent i say HAPPY NEW YEAR & HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR to all!

Just a click of eyes, January has came to an end. Have you get used of 2012 yet?
To be honest, i havent!!! Because i seldom write date...i bet no one would write date for the sack of writing date. Normally, we only write date on our homework, exercises and most of the things to do with paper and pen.

There are only 3 weeks left for me going back to study. I dont really enjoy my hols as i spent time sleeping. What i want is breakfast, yummy breakfast, yummilicious breakfast! like what i wrote in my previous post.

Alright, got to go. Just a short update. Thank you to my readers who spent time reading this rubbish, lol.

Rottnest Island

This is a long long long overdue post.

I had spent 2 days 1 night on Rottnest Island during tuition free week in Semester 1. I warn all that only go when you can cycle on a bike, or else it would torture everyone. For example, ME! Boyfriend and his friends going together have to take turn carrying me. Thanks, guys! I really appreciate that! *so paiseh for honest*

Waking up early at 6, off we went to jetty. We took a big speed "boat". IT IS REALLY AN ADVENTUROUS TRIP GOING! The big boat kept on "jumping" with the waves. Besides, the waves were quite big that day. Jumping for 20 mins, im sure there should be at least one throwing up. LOL!
This is the view from the high speed boat. The weather is just nice- windy and sunny, cold though.
The boat looks like this from Rottnest Express. Nice yo! High speed bumping boat!
The mascot of the island is Quokka, we called it monster rat as it really looks like a huge rat. Hahah! I googled about it and this creature only exists in a few places and Rottnest Island has the most of them. Cool, right?
After hours of cycling, we stopped by a bay to catch pictures at this gorgeous scenery.
When everyone was resting, and here came the crossword time, lol.
At last, i rented a tricycle but i cant go too far because there has lots of hills. *SO SAD!*
This was taken at night in front of the lodge. Those things like shits on the field are all Quokka. Awesomeness.
Waiting our ferry to come to send us home on the field.
And, the last picture before leaving.
